Staff

I am Alaskan grown have been studying massage therapy since 1997. In 2001, I enrolled in Gatekeys one year massage program and have completed several hands on workshops with corrective styles of deep tissue massage therapy, which I now specialize in. I also have experience in Rekei I & II, Healing Touch I & II, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage. The massage program at Alaska Career College helped me obtain my national certification in 2010 and I have been working in chiropractic offices ever since. I have a passion and a desire to help others facilitate their healing through massage therapy. I take pride in my work and truly enjoy every aspect of being a therapist, being able to teach and learn from others.

Born and raised in Anchorage, AK, Lauren joined our staff in July of 2017. She attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks where she competed on the college’s D2 Women’s Hockey Team. She moved back to Anchorage in 2014 to complete her schooling at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she graduated with her Bachelors degree in Business Administration in Marketing.

Little Luna Mazikeen is our newest addition to the office. She is Mistie's sweet, rambunctious little girl from Soldotna. She loves to play chase and nap. She looks forward to meeting you all!

Lillie is Dr. Morgan's Schnauzer/Retriever/Sharpei/Staffordshire Terrier rescue. She was born and raised in Alaska. Her interests include: fishing, chewing bones, and playing fetch with her buddies. She is a registered therapy dog and loves all people. 

Charlie is Lauren's small Husky/Retriever/Pomeranian rescue dog. She has lived in Alaska her whole life, moving from a small Alaskan village to Anchorage in January of 2018. Her interests outside of work include: hiking, chasing leaves, chewing sticks, and going to the dog park. She loves all people (especially kids) and dogs. She is a registered therapy dog.
