Sarah BrooksLicensed Massage Therapist
Sarah Brooks is a Licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in Trigger Point Release, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, Reiki, and Reflexology.
Sarah was raised as an Alaska Native traditional healer and taught healing hands, Alaska plant medicine, and bodywork at a young age. Her childhood was filled with reiki, massage, aromatherapy, herbal remedies, and many road trips to pick Alaska medicinal plants.
Sarah’s career in the medical field has been diverse. She was an Oral Surgery Case Management Administrator and ran the referral center for Alaska Native Dental and Oral Surgery Trauma. As well as a mental health technician at The Boys and Girls Home in Fairbanks, AK.
Sarah completed her training at the Integrated Massage Therapy College in Edmond, OK. In 2016 Sarah returned home to Alaska continuing her training and apprenticeship with her family. Sarah wanted to raise her family in Alaska.
She continues on her own path of wellness and is excited and thrilled to be working with the Anchorage community.
Mistie FlemingLicensed Massage Therapist
I am Alaskan grown. I started studying massage in 1997 at Gatekey with a 110 hour class for massaging friends and family. I enrolled in their three semester (1 year) massage school. I have done serval hands on workshops with a corrective styles of deep tissue for the neck, shoulder, knee, back. On a lighter note I have taken Rekei I & II; Healing Touch I & II; manual lymphatic drainage. The massage program at Alaska Career College helped me obtain my national certification. i have been working in chiropractic offices for the last 8 years. I I have always had a passion and a desire to help others facilitate their healing through massage therapy.I take pride in my work and truly enjoy every aspect of being a therapist, being able to teach and learn from others.
Lauren BradleyExecutive Patient Coordinator
Born and raised in Anchorage, AK, Lauren joined our staff in July of 2017. She attended the University of Alaska Fairbanks where she competed on the college’s D2 Women’s Hockey Team. She moved back to Anchorage in 2014 to complete her schooling at the University of Alaska Anchorage, where she is working towards a Bachelor Degree.
Charlie BradleyChief Morale Officer and Mascot
Charlie is a small lab mixed rescue puppy. She has lived in Alaska her whole life, moving from a small Alaskan village to Anchorage in January of 2018. Her interests outside of work include: hiking, chasing leaves, chewing sticks, and going to the dog park. She loves all people (especially kids) and dogs. She hopes to one day become a licensed therapy dog
