What to expect with your first appointment at Morgan Chiropractic, Inc.
We strive to make your first visit to our office a comfortable experience. After scheduling your first appointment, our front desk receptionist will go over our Covid-19 screening questions and inform you of our current Covid-19 practices (such as the requirements for wearing masks). If you require any additional accommodations, please let our office know when scheduling your first appointment.
If you are scheduling an appointment with our massage therapist and plan to use insurance for your visit, we are required to establish you as a patient prior to the visit. This means that prior to your massage, Dr. Morgan will need to conduct a consultation and exam so that our office can bill your insurance accurately. We can do this the same day as your massage visit; you will just have to come in about 30-45 minutes before your scheduled massage appointment. We will schedule out this time with you when you schedule your massage appointment.
You will need to fill out our New Patient intake form, which can be found by clicking here or can be completed in the office ahead of your scheduled appointment time. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to your appointment time if you choose to fill out paperwork in office.
Our front desk receptionist will need to take a copy of your License/ID and insurance cards if you are using insurance for your visits. If you are unsure of what your insurance covers, please give our office a call ahead and we can look up the information for you.
Dr. Morgan will spend some time asking questions specific to your condition to determine if chiropractic care is the best option for you. If so, certain treatments will be discussed. If chiropractic care is not the answer, we can help refer you to another doctor. As always, nothing will be done without your consent.
